ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC)
Mentoring Style: Warm • Empowering • Generative
As an ICF Specialized Mentor Coach (MCSACC, MCSPCC, MCSMCC), I am deeply passionate about supporting coaches as they develop their unique style and voice. I believe every coach has a distinctive presence and way of being, and my role is to create the space, curiosity, and encouragement that allow that uniqueness to shine.
Through our work together, I empower coaches to dig deep, gain new awareness about their coaching, and step confidently into their own identity as professional coaches. I see mentor coaching not just as a requirement, but as a transformative process where coaches strengthen their skills, stretch into new possibilities, and cultivate a deeper trust in themselves.
I have completed my Certified Generative Mentor Coach (CGMC) training through inviteCHANGE, Advanced Certified Mentor Coach (ACMC) training with Fran Fisher, and my Mavricks Mentor Coaching certification. These trainings and experiences shape how I mentor, bringing a balance of structure and intuition, feedback and reflection, and challenge and compassion.
Focused one-to-one sessions designed around your development as a coach. We’ll explore your coaching, identify growth edges, and strengthen your skills toward your desired credential level.
Receive my one-page visual reference for your credential level—ACC, PCC, or MCC. Keep the competencies and markers in front of you without constantly digging through multiple documents.
Submit recorded coaching sessions for detailed observation and written feedback aligned with ICF standards. You’ll see what you’re doing well, where opportunities exist, and what to practice next.
We won’t treat each session as an isolated conversation. Together, we’ll identify specific development goals and track your progress so your practice between sessions is intentional and focused.
Track your development across the mentor coaching process with a cumulative review of your demonstrated coaching competencies. This gives you a clear picture of your strengths, remaining growth areas, and readiness for your credential level.
Turn feedback into better coaching through targeted reflection and deliberate practice between sessions. You’ll know what to listen for, what to experiment with, and where to focus in your next coaching conversation.
